Randall Park, a veteran performer with credits including Fresh Off the Boat, Aquaman, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Veep, and WandaVision, is a familiar face to CAPE, having been honored with a new writers award in 2011. He is also an alumnus of CAPE's programs, along with other Hollywood talent such as filmmakers Alice Wu, Beth de Araújo, and Liz Sargent. The gala's honorees and host committee members will be revealed later, adding to the excitement of the event. CAPE CEO and executive director Michelle K. Sugihara emphasizes the importance of celebrating both CAPE's 35 years and over a decade of uplifting the community.
